I have worked across real estate, SaaS, and technical hiring in civil infrastructure. In each environment, outcomes were shaped less by effort and more by how incentives and ownership were structured.

Over time, a consistent pattern emerged in hiring. Speed and activity were often rewarded, while delivery risk and long-term retention carried the cost. The issue was not capability or intent. It was the operating model.

The firm provides retained recruiting and talent advisory support for organizations where hiring decisions directly impact delivery. Engagements are structured to maintain ownership, visibility, and follow-through throughout the process rather than optimizing for transactional placement outcomes.

My role is to ensure engagements are run with discipline and clarity, from how candidates are engaged, to how decisions are made, to how transitions are managed.
