Meet the Founder

Ken Bennett Jr.

From real estate, to SaaS, to technical staffing in AEC, my career has been shaped by a consistent theme: building trust-driven relationships that deliver real results.

Over the years, I’ve led high-performing sales teams, partnered with C-suite executives, and generated millions in revenue across residential real estate, SaaS consulting, and AEC staffing. Along the way, I saw a recurring gap in the staffing industry: one where quick placements were prioritized over long-term success.

That’s why I started Vetra.

Vetra is built on the belief that integrity and partnership should be the foundation of staffing. We specialize in technical staffing for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction; offering a model designed to remove client risk while delivering retention-focused results.

Our core values are simple:
Truth and transparency, in every conversation
Partnership over transactions, always
Long-term success over short-term wins, every time

Whether it's helping clients scale after major project wins, or supporting candidates ready to take the next step in their careers, we show up with honesty, diligence, and a mindset focused on real alignment.

Let’s build something that lasts.

Several are wearing face masks, suggesting a public setting. There are red ropes set up for line management and a digital check-in point at the entrance to a room.
